Quality has always been a priority in INDUSTRIA AGRICOLA MAYA. The production of our raw materials in the field is done by the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and our plant is selected and sanitized strictly for safety and quality in the final product.

In our processes work under the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP system and, in general, the FSSC22000 system.

In our plant and in external laboratories we are constantly evaluating the safety and quality of our raw materials. The microbiological, physical and chemical properties of our products are also analyzed.

We have qualified personnel, manufacturing and supervision of our processes to monitor variations in the characteristics of our raw material. Natural products vary in their organoleptic characteristics, so it requires knowledge and experience to control them.

To ensure that safety and quality are maintained through the supply chain, our products can be tracked and located according to our system of traceability.
