PROCESS: We dehydrate the chilis with hot air, then grind them to obtain powder or flakes, without subjecting them to any sanitización processes. The result is a product of unparalleled flavor, purity and quality.

MAIN USES OF DEHYDRATED HOT PEPPERS: Direct consumption, as an ingredient to prepare snacks, soups, sauces, dressings, drinks, seasonings, sweets, meat products (like wieners, hams and hamburgers), dairy products (like cheeses and butter), seafood, ethnic products (like tamales, tortillas, guacamole and beans) and other meals.

OTHER USES: They can also be used to extract oleoresins, useful in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, as well as to manufacture paints, varnishes and medical drugs.

Powdered Habanero

CONSISTENCY: Our product is a fine powder of clear to lightly dark brown color, of penetrating aroma and taste characteristic of Habanero (Capsicum chinense Jacq) chilis, which results from milling Habaneros dehydrated using hot air currents. The product is not subected to any sanitization process.

Habanero hot pepper flakes

CONSISTENCY: Flakes, light brown to slightly dark color, with a pungent flavor and strong aroma of Habanero chili (Capsicum chinense Jacq), obtained from the milling of dehydratedHabaneros.The dehydration process takes place in ovens in which the fruit is exposed to hot air currents. The product is not treated by any sanitization process.

Powdered Jalapeño hot pepper

CONSISTENCY: Fine powder, dark green color, with flavor and aroma of Jalapeño chili obtained from the milling of dehydrated green fruit of the species Capsicum annum. The dehydration process is made in ovens in which the fruit is exposed to hot air currents. The product is not treated by any sanitization process.

Flaked Jalapeño hot pepper

CONSISTENCY: Dark green flakes from dehydrated Jalapeño chilis, with the hot flavor and strong aroma of the Capsicum Annum species. It is obtained by milling dehydrated Jalapeño chilis, a process achieved in ovens in which the fruit is exposed to hot air currents. The product is not treated under any sanitization process.

Powdered Chipotle hot peppers.

CONSISTENCY: Fine powder with a dark red color and a smoky and caramel-like aroma. The Chipotle powder is obtained by smoking the ripe Jalapeño chili of the species Capsicum annum using heat and wood smoke until its dehydration; the product is then milled to obtain a fine particle size. It is not treated by any sanitization process.
