PROCESS: The unique taste and aroma of our purées are a direct result of using fresh hot peppers, selecting, washing and sanitizing them before the grinding process, after which comes formulation and packaging, ready for delivery!

PURÉES - MAIN USES: Direct consumption, as an ingredient to prepare snacks, soups, sauces, dressings, drinks, seasonings, sweets, meat products (like wieners, hams, hamburgers), dairy products (like cheeses and butter), seafood, ethnic products and other meals.

Habanero hot pepper purée (green, red and orange color)

CONSISTENCY: A purée of thick texture, with the characteristic aroma and flavor of Habanero hot peppers.
INGREDIENTS: Natural Habanero hot peppers, salt, acetic acid, sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulfate.

Green jalapeño hot pepper purée

CONSISTENCY: A thick and fluid purée, with the characteristic aroma and flavor of Jalapeño hot peppers.
INGREDIENTS: Natural green Jalapeño hot peppers, salt, acetic acid, sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulfate.

Chipotle hot pepper purée

CONSISTENCY: A thick and fluid purée, with the characteristic aroma and smoky flavor of Chipotle hot peppers.
INGREDIENTS: Natural chipotle hot peppers, salt, acetic acid, sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulfate.

Tomatillo purée (husk tomato)

CONSISTENCY: A thick and fluid purée of intense color and aroma characteristic of tomatillo (Physalis ixocarpa), lightly acidic.
INGREDIENTS: Natural tomatillo, salt, acetic acid, sodium metabisulfite and sodium benzoate.

Poblano hot pepper purée

CONSISTENCY: A thick and fluid purée of intense color and aroma, characteristic of Poblano hot pepper.
INGREDIENTS: Natural Poblano hot peppers, tomatillo, salt, acetic acid, sodium metabisulfite and sodium benzoate.

Fermented red Habanero hot pepper purée

CONSISTENCY: Thanks to a natural fermentation process generated by the combination of ingredients, this thick but fluid purée has unique aroma and taste, which highlight the characteristics of Habanero hot peppers.
INGREDIENTS: Natural red Habanero hot peppers, salt, acetic acid, citric acid and ascorbic acid.
